We are happy to discuss flexible working! What this role is all about:Join our dynamic team as a pivotal member of the Software Asset Management Function! In this new role, you'll spearhead the creation of streamlined processes for managing technology software assets. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring precise software compliance, adeptly handling vendor and internal audits, crafting effective license positions, and addressing user queries with expertise.Key Actions
* Preparing and optimising effective licence positions for a major complex vendor
* Developing and maintaining Asset Management tooling and databases
* Ensuring accurate reporting of vendor compliance
* Developing optimised vendor licence positions
* You will work with the wider Asset Management Team to correctly identify software products that have been discovered within the Vitality estate
* Process Proof of Entitlement to manually match to applications, where automatic reconciliation is not possible
* Reviewing and importing new purchase information from third party systems into SAM tooling
* Qualifying and verifying all data sources required for SAM processing
