We are seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious, and reliable trainee legal secretary to help the team with a variety of duties. The successful applicant will have the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, strong attention to detail and accuracy, be calm under pressure, and educated to GCSE/A level.
Your key duties will involve:
1. Handling incoming mail including scanning and distributing.
2. Photocopying and scanning of documents.
3. Reception and associated tasks.
4. Preparation of legal documents, including sewing Wills and binding documents.
5. Filing and handling incoming mail including scanning and distributing.
Full training will be given.
