The ACC Marketing team is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for developing upper funnel marketing strategy (including external media partnerships), driving traffic generation, optimizing prospects-leads-enrollment conversions, and ensuring seller success through dynamic content across multiple channels for China-based Amazon sellers. The position involves developing and tracking scalable mechanisms through Marketing automation. Additionally, you will identify regional marketing opportunities in industrial clusters by collaborating with stakeholders to drive enrollment growth across ACC. You will work cross-functionally to boost product adoption and retention through effective communication with diverse internal teams (Product, Design, Business Intelligence, Sales, Finance, Legal) and external agencies. Success requires deep understanding of sellers, customers, business operations, products, and success levers, along with the ability to deliver results and manage competing priorities.

You should be able to think strategically, analyze business needs, and execute flawlessly. You will help build a positive, results-oriented culture within our team, creating measurable impact across the Amazon Currency Converter business.
Key job responsibilities
1. Develop and execute marketing strategy for driving solution awareness, product adoption and customer retention.
2. Align strategy with business leaders and stakeholders.
3. Create, review and raise quality of marketing content for relevant channels.
4. Develop metrics and implement automated process for marketing channel management.
5. Leverage a variety of channels and tools to effectively communicate with the target audiences.
6. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data for insights.
7. Document plan, performances and results.
8. Drive marketing automation, process standardization and collaboration with stakeholders.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
