Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Workpack Engineer for one of our clients based in Aberdeen.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years experience in a Workpack Engineer role or equivalent, however graduates with the right skills will also be considered.
* Author and compile construction workpacks, producing jobcards and method statements.
* Produce weight control data sheets and ensure all necessary safety content is contained within the workpack.
* Interface with design team and Onshore Construction Team to optimize build sequence and commissioning sequence.
* Evaluate all items required for construction readiness and clearly identify them within the workpack.
* Address all aspects of the Statement of Requirement (SOR) and Scope of Work (SOW) within the workpack.
* Provide technical input during design phase, focusing on constructability of the design.
* Raise necessary support documentation within the Change Management process to manage scope changes.
* Estimate construction manhours and costs for construction scopes, materials, and equipment into Project CTR.s.
* Collaborate with QHSE Engineer to ensure all necessary safety content is contained within the workpack.
* Lead by example, demonstrating technical, ethical, professional leadership, support, and mentoring within the discipline team.
* Maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors at all levels, resolving disputes and conflicts in a professional manner.
This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: This role is based in Aberdeen, Scotland.
