Assistant Director of Workforce and Organisational Development
We are delighted to be seeking an Assistant Director of Workforce and Organisational Development to lead our workforce and organisational development team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board.
You will need to be an authentic, dynamic and forward thinking people professional to join our team of Assistant Directors of Workforce and Organisational Development. This is an exciting and challenging role requiring the ability to translate strategic intent and direction into people strategies that will underpin shaping and delivering our People Plan.
We're looking for someone who understands what it takes to make an organisation a great place to work and is values driven. You will have a proven track record of working with multidisciplinary teams to identify, create and implement innovative programmes that will provide sustainable change in a large complex organisation.
The post holder will be based at the same site as the Grange University Hospital, supported by our agile working principles.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will report directly to the Executive Director of Workforce and Organisational Development and will form part of the Senior Team, joined and supported by a Deputy Director and two other Assistant Directors.
