What are we looking for:
St Bartholomew’s CE Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Level 2 (Grade 3) Teaching Assistant, to support our children. The successful candidate will be based at St Pauls Primary School.
We are looking for a child-centred practitioner with:
1. proven successful experience of supporting the raising of standards in school
2. wide experience of working with children, including those with special needs and the most able children
3. proven experience of a range of positive behaviour management strategies
4. the ability to support, lead and inspire children
5. high expectations of children and a commitment to raising standards
6. excellent interpersonal skills
