About the Role
This is a hybrid opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to drive revenue and nurture client relationships in the public sector, with a particular focus on police forces. Your role will include:
* Account Management- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring relationships are strengthened and nurtured.
* Identify and secure additional business opportunities within existing accounts.
* Business Development- Develop and present tailored solutions to win new business opportunities.
* Drive client onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and long-term satisfaction.
* Sales Reporting- Own the sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and presenting monthly progress reports.
* Industry Engagement- Act as a sector ambassador, staying attuned to client needs and industry trends.
