Working Hours: 40hrs / week – Negotiable

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
* Create engaging content for marketing materials, such as videos, brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
* Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic and social media engagement, to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
* Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
* Assist with the organisation of company attendance at trade shows, exhibitions, corporate hospitality events, etc.
* Assist with pre-qualification and tender submissions to support our clients' business development plans.
* Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
Criteria:
* Relevant experience in a similar role.
* Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in using various marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM, and social media management platforms.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Candidates should have the appropriate work permit or the right to work in the UK.
