A major UK & International 3pl, 4pl, transport, logistics and freight organisation is looking for a Control Tower financial assistant toensure smooth logistics operations by handling day-to-day irregularities, liaising with customers and suppliers, and maintaining compliance with security, safety, company, and environmental regulations and purchase invoice handling. Any officed of customer services based experience in any sector is required for the role
Control Tower Assistant Bristol
22500 to £23500
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
ROLE: Responsible for logistics tasks with low to medium complexity
Handle day-to-day operational challenges or irregularities, escalating when appropriate
Provide excellent customer service by liaising with customers and suppliers
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs)
Provide support for the team by completing additional tasks as required
Ensure compliance with security, safety, company, and environmental regulations
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Transport or logistics sector experience.
Able to work under pressure
