We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join a brand-new independent specialist school in Lincolnshire, supporting the Headteacher in establishing a nurturing, ambitious, and inclusive environment for pupils aged 8-16.
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of developing an outstanding provision from the ground up. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the school’s ethos, culture, and curriculum, ensuring every pupil is given the tools to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
About the Role
* Support the Headteacher in the leadership and day-to-day management of the school.
* Lead by example to promote a positive and inclusive culture tailored to meet the needs of pupils with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and SEMH.
* Drive high-quality teaching and learning, with a focus on individualised approaches and outcomes.
* Foster strong relationships with staff, pupils, families, and external partners.
* Help establish and develop key policies, procedures, and practices for this brand-new provision.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a Leadership Role: Candidates from a range of educational backgrounds (Primary, Secondary, Specialist, and Mainstream) will be considered.
* A Proven Track Record of Impact: Demonstrable experience improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs.
* Vision and Ambition: A commitment to providing high-quality education and transforming the lives of vulnerable learners.
