ROLE OF THE JOB

In this role, you will:
1. Handle formal complaints in line with statutory legislation and Council policy.
2. Respond to Subject Access Requests and Freedom of Information Requests.
3. Respond to complaints and feedback on a wide range of issues.
4. Provide public-facing support via phone, email, and in person.
5. Advise internal colleagues on statutory processes.
6. Perform general office duties, including data entry and filing.
7. Maintain accurate information systems while ensuring confidentiality.
