The successful candidate will effectively act as the subject matter expert for the Materials Facilities (MF) workstream within the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programme and will be responsible for ensuring that the business needs are reflected in a digital data solution.
You will be working closely with digital delivery teams and analytical team leads to ensure that the designed solution meets policy intent and is cohesive with the other workstreams to enable access to MF data.
You will need to quickly become an expert in the Permitting Regulations and Codes of Practice in place across the four nations and have excellent engagement skills to understand user needs and dependencies to ensure that all requirements are met. You will also need to have a good understanding of data pipelines and be able to provide options for structuring and sharing data in a robust and secure way.

Main Responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the coordinated delivery of a joined-up data template for Materials Facilities (MF) across the 4 national regulators, and a mechanism for getting this into the Scheme Administrator, whilst working with data and solutions architects to ensure necessary join up beyond MF.
* Support in key workstream governance, including but not limited to, feeding into options papers and updating risk logs and roadmaps.
* Stakeholder engagement with the regulators and with industry, across the Materials Facilities workstream.
* Lead in the development and update of a stakeholder mapping and appropriate engagement regarding updates and user testing with the Scheme Administrators, Financial Service Suppliers, Local Authorities and packaging producers.
* Support on the exploration and development of a data standards framework across EPR digital and beyond.
* Support in mapping overlaps and gaps in data collection and ownership between EPR digital workstreams to reduce duplication and use this information to inform data architecture and align with the Resources and Waste data strategy.
