We currently have an opening for a Sales Supervisor based at our Birstall, Leicestershire branch.
Joining a small team, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing their own customer portfolio with a real focus on offering excellent customer service, while also servicing our current loyal customer base.
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide quotations in a timely manner.
2. Deal with customer orders, ensuring collaboration with suppliers and the transport department.
3. Work from our other branches at Oakham and Melton Mowbray as required.
This is an extremely rewarding role joining a company with real opportunities. Previous experience within Building Supplies would be helpful but not essential as training will be provided. What is important is a can-do attitude and always maintaining a professional approach.
Ideally, we are looking for:
A person with outstanding diligence and effective communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and sales teams across three branches to help ensure the smooth running of customer accounts.
An absolute must:
The right candidate must have experience in a sales-driven environment.
The hours are 7:30am until 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and Saturdays 8:00am to 12 noon on a rota basis.
