What you'll be doing
1. Be the trusted face of Curo's Homeownership team, building positive relationships with residents across various tenure types
2. Guide homeowners through their specific rights and responsibilities, explaining complex lease terms and service charge calculations in clear, accessible language
3. Coordinate repairs and building works, ensuring smooth delivery by liaising between residents, contractors, and internal teams
4. Provide exceptional customer care through property transitions, from sales and lease extensions to major works consultations
5. Proactively address concerns and quickly resolve property-related issues, maintaining high satisfaction among homeowners
6. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, ensuring all property documentation is properly managed
