We are currently recruiting for a Liability Injury Claims Handler to join our established and experienced Claims Expenses team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your role
As a Liability Injury Claims Handler, you will be responsible for appropriately and promptly investigating and advancing liability injury claims to closure, achieving the business objectives and meeting the defined customer service proposition.
You will ensure that customers, brokers, third parties, and claimants are supported throughout the claims journey by utilizing agreed-upon claims processes, case laws, and defined strategies.
Your role will impart technical knowledge to resolve queries, reaching and conveying decisions while imparting that knowledge to others.
About you
Ideally, you will have experience in working with Employer Liability and Public Liability, from either an insurance or legal background. Experience in complex claims or liability disputes is also advantageous.
You will be an excellent communicator, effectively building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be experienced in prioritizing your workload while dealing with multiple priorities.
