Since 1998, we have provided exciting and memorable early years experiences for children aged 0 - 5 years.We are looking for a highly-skilled, experienced, dynamic Nursery Manager with a proven track record to lead our nursery, The Old School Day Nursery in Astley, Nuneaton. You'll be tasked with inspiring the nursery team, reinforcing our organisation's vision and values, and maintaining the nursery's reputation as the best early years provision in the area. That means you'll have the ability to monitor occupancy levels to inform your marketing decisions and manage your nursery's budget. You'll also need to play a key role in the recruitment process to help us employ like-minded people who share our vision and values and undertake other HR responsibilities.
