The main purpose of the role is to ensuring applications are supported & maintained; system configuration and service improvements; and supporting continuous improvement. Further day-to-day activities will include project managing implementations and upgrades; stakeholder management and reporting; third-party supplier management; product roadmap creation and maintenance; project management; support service provision; maintenance of super user network; data integrity and security; maintain a library of SSRS reports; and the production of systems documentation and training. Essential Experience working in a Business Systems Manager, Applications Manager, Applications Team Lead, or any applications systems management and development capacity. Project Management/Lead experience KPI/Performance Reporting experience Experience working in an applications consultancy or implementation capacity (implementation/upgrade, build, configuration, testing, training, support) on a project to install or upgrade commercial software applications. Business/Systems Analysis experience or in delivering Transformation and Change relating to systems, processes, and workflows. Mentoring or Leading teams, line management, and/or performance management and motivation. Budget management and systems procurement to the extent of evaluation competing technical solutions against business need. Desirable Experience working with one or more Social Housing Management Systems (Such as Aareon QL, Civica Cx, NEC Housing, MRI Enterprise/Orchard Housing, Capita ONE/OPENHousing, MIS ActiveH, or similar). BI Reporting (Ideally SSRS) SQL scripting for data interrogation As an individual you will be analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
