We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Care Coordinator who will play a vital role in our business by overseeing and assisting Care Coordinators with the coordination of rotas for Care Service. Your communication and organizational skills, along with your passion for providing high-quality care, will shine in this rewarding position.
The role will involve:
1. Monitoring staff time-keeping
2. Coordinating rotas, including continuity of care staff and appropriate travel time
3. Working closely with the Field Supervisor and liaising with clients and carers to ensure care is delivered appropriate to the client's needs
4. Monitoring and appraising team of carers to ensure timeliness and overall quality
5. Reporting concerns to the Registered Manager
6. Communicating effectively with social services and other health professionals
About you:
1. Preferably with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy office environment
2. Excellent communicator who uses their own initiative
3. Ability to work well under pressure, hardworking, a team player, and a real go-getter
4. Should have obtained an NVQ L3 in Health and Social Care (Desirable but not essential)
5. Must be able to work at a fast pace and work well under time pressure.
