Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, sinks, and pipes. Ensure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and project specifications. Collaborate with other construction professionals and tradespeople to complete projects efficiently. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Provide excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience as a carpenter, preferably in a social housing context. Strong knowledge of plumbing techniques, tools, materials, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
