Calling all Labourers in Grimsby!
Platform Property care have a great opportunity for an experienced Labourer to join our multi-skilled Responsive Repairs team to help us deliver high quality repairs, maintenance and refurbishment services.
We want somebody who can:
A team player, you’ll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You’ll be working in people’s homes, so you’ll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication and customer service skills. You’ll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering work right first time. You will have a passion for detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.
We want somebody who has:
Experience in Social Housing maintenance
Understanding and experience of providing property maintenance and repairs to excellent standard
Multi Trades skills – you’ll be labouring supporting grounds workers and roofers so basic knowledge of external trades including slabbing, pointing and fencing would be advantageous
Sound labouring experience in the building industry
Experience of working in Customer's homes
Team skills but can work independently at times too
Full current valid driving Licence essential as this is a mobile role
Plus, as you will be working in customers’ homes a DBS check is needed

This role is for a team covering Lincoln, Grimsby, Gainsborough, Louth, Wragby, Mablethorpe, Sutton-on-Sea and Alford so you would need to live in this area.
