Field Support Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Field Support Supervisor to join our team in Kings Lynn.

About the Role:

* This is a supervisory role responsible for providing support and guidance to field staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to company policies and procedures.
* The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate records, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
* The salary for this position is £14.89 per hour, with opportunities for enhanced pay during evening and weekend shifts, as well as premium overtime rates.
* In addition, you will have access to Wagestream, allowing you to draw up to 40% of your earned pay, and a funded Blue Light Card.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and support field staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, identifying areas for improvement.
* Monitor and address any issues or concerns, escalating to management as necessary.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
