Salary: Main Pay Range, £31,650 to £43,607 FTE

Key responsibilities:
* Assess, monitor, record, and report on the learning progress and achievements of assigned students
* Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual strengths and needs of pupils
* Ensure appropriate behaviour management to create a positive atmosphere for learning
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students
* Adhere to safeguarding procedures and promote the safety and welfare of all students
