We aim to be exceptional, both in the way we work and in the combination of our services The Role: As our Resourcing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing effective administrative and recruitment support across the Resourcing function, to include our trainee lawyer programme and vacation scheme. You will be incredibly organised, highly meticulous, with a passion for recruitment and providing an excellent people focused service. Your responsibilities: Working closely with the Resourcing Manager to understand resourcing requirements. Preparing and maintaining job adverts and job descriptions. Managing advertisements for all relevant vacancies, ensuring they are live across various channels, such as online job boards, internal careers page, website, ATS and social media. Screening CVs, coordinating shortlisting, arranging interviews and completing other accompanying processes and administration. Assisting with recruitment drives for our trainee lawyer programme and vacation scheme, to include attending university careers fairs and other events that support our junior talent pipeline. Supporting selection processes for our trainee lawyer programme and vacation scheme – screening candidates, conducting interviews, organising assessment days, coordinating feedback and outcomes. Supporting the timely and accurate maintenance of the recruitment database (ATS). Providing accurate statistics and reports, highlighting trends, and making recommendations for improvement. Ensuring accurate data and agreed reports are available at all times. Maintaining and supporting the development of process, documentation, standard operating procedures and reporting. Supporting with other tasks and projects as needed. Essential Skills: Proven experience in a similar role. Early careers experience is preferable but not essential Ability to maintain a varied and demanding workload in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail and passion for excellence Excellent written and verbal communication skill Excellent administrative and IT skills to include MS Office and Recruitment Database (ATS) systems An impressive work ethic, eagerness to learn, and commitment to delivering results People orientated with a commitment to providing excellent service Excellent organisational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritise a high-volume workload and work to deadlines.
