5. Manage stock and literature requests for agents, funeral directors, will writers, and sales representatives.
6. Allocate funeral plans to funeral directors, ensuring smooth and timely processing.
7. Conduct customer compliance and courtesy calls to ensure satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
8. Address customer queries and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues promptly and empathetically.
