An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at NHS Kent and Medway. This is a dynamic and impactful role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, HR expertise, and strong interpersonal skills. Although a core member of the People and Culture Team, you will also be an integral part of the senior management teams you support. You will lead on all aspects of the people agenda, including the people plan to clarify, identify and deliver strategic objectives in line with our organisational values and behaviours. The successful applicant will act as a bridge between organisational and people strategies to help build capability and capacity at NHS Kent and Medway through the successful development and delivery of people strategies and positive workforce interventions. Our Senior HR Business Partners align to our divisions. Partnering in this way develops a detailed understanding of the needs of the divisions, to provide tailored and professional HR support. This position focuses on talent and succession planning, organisational development, coaching and advising senior leaders. The role also includes workforce strategy including workforce planning, to build an innovative workforce, together with using evidence and workforce data to influence people priorities and support decision making. The role will also ensure the provision of expert human resources management advice, guidance on employee relations, people policies and organisational and cultural change.
