Britannia Hotels is looking for an experienced Brand Executive who would be responsible for building and developing long-term relationships and partnerships with corporate travel and conference agencies. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring seamless service delivery, and strengthening partnerships with key corporate clients and agents across the hotel group’s portfolio.
About the Role
As a Brand Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring all marketing materials and in-hotel displays align with our brand identity. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency across print, email, social media, and video content.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines across digital and print formats.
* Work closely with hotel teams to ensure on-site branding meets company standards.
* Support the marketing team in developing creative assets that enhance brand storytelling.
* Assist in creating templates and toolkits for internal teams to ensure consistent branding.
* Liaise with the design team and print suppliers to ensure high-quality branded materials.
* Support marketing campaigns by ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
* Conduct regular brand audits across digital and physical materials.
* Identify and address inconsistencies in branding and messaging.
* Report on brand compliance and suggest improvements where needed.
About You
* Experience in a branding, marketing, or a design-related role.
* Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity principles.
* Excellent attention to detail and a passion for consistency.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Experience in hospitality, retail, or multi-site businesses.
* Basic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
* Experience working with external agencies and suppliers.
