An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work in an exceptional health and wellbeing centre based in Birmingham, West Midlands. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers.

To be considered for this position, you must be NMC registered and have a V300 qualification with previous experience in primary care.
Key Duties:
1. Assess own learning needs through performance reviews and develop key annual objectives to support service delivery and improvement.
2. Develop and enhance clinical and leadership skills as appropriate, undertaking in-house and formal training to ensure competency in all aspects of care.
3. Maintain clinical credibility by demonstrating continual professional development and undertaking training and education as required.
4. Undertake teaching sessions and presentations to groups of staff; be involved with the training and education of other staff regarding the role of the UCC and ENP/ANP's.
5. Adapt and develop the role of Nurse Practitioner, ensuring flexibility and willingness to expand the role as required.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
1. Experience of clinical leadership.
2. Able to demonstrate teaching and assessing skills.
3. Experience of service-specific advanced clinical skills.
4. Experience of working within multi-professional settings contributing to effective team working.
5. Able to demonstrate adherence to evidence-based practice.
6. Experience of working independently in a healthcare role.
7. V300 qualification with previous experience in a Primary Care setting.
8. Confident using IT systems and able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel).
The successful Advanced Nurse Practitioner will receive an excellent salary of GBP48,000 - GBP58,000 per annum.
