Job Description
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to faculty members and students
* Manage academic schedules and coordinate meetings
* Assist with the preparation of documents and reports
* Handle correspondence and enquiries in a timely manner
* Ensure records are accurately maintained and updated
* Assist with event planning and coordination
* Work in collaboration with other team members to deliver high-quality service

The Successful Applicant
A successful Academic Administrator should have:
* An undergraduate degree or equivalent
* Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an academic institution
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
