Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide strategic and high-level administrative support to senior leadership in the Northern Ireland & Scotland region. This is a key role that demands strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle complex responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex calendars, travel, and meeting schedules for senior leaders
* Prepare high-quality reports, briefings, and presentations
* Coordinate and attend leadership meetings, including agendas, logistics, and follow-ups
* Liaise with internal teams with professionalism and tact
* Monitor and track regional priorities, actions, and key project timelines
* Organise regional leadership events, site visits, and external engagements
* Maintain effective systems for document, expense, and information management
Requirements
* Extensive experience in a senior-level EA or administrative role
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and integrity
* Experience working in a large, fast-paced organisation or regional structure
* Based in Northern Ireland or Scotland with flexibility for occasional travel
* Willingness to attend in-person meetings or events across the region when required
