This is a brand-new role working alongside our Business Support Director and wider Support function. We are looking for a Change Manager to help us with a digital transformation of the business. We see two main parts of the role. Primarily, you will be responsible for hosting and delivering training. Secondly, you will promote and communicate good news stories across our Infrastructure Teams.
Our System Specialists will ensure that the technologies are ready for use, and all set up correctly. Our Data Analysts will maintain reports and identify areas of performance that may need attention. The Training and Engagement Lead role will deliver content to support the outputs as a collective team effort.
We want you to focus on landing new technologies and processes successfully. One of which is a works management system, Totalmobile. You will have the opportunity to develop your own training programme, leverage and improve existing content, and deliver to our teams at different operational hubs. Travelling across the UK will be required to get to all our sites. A company vehicle or allowance will be provided.
Our aim is to improve processes and employee experiences through the development of technology offerings, and you will be critical to the success of this.
It’s important to us to support you with personal development and the ability to learn new skills and training as you grow into the role. Our Data and Systems Specialists will be on hand to help you become a subject matter expert on whichever session you are delivering.
Willingness to proactively learn and make improvements is key for us. We want to hear from you with anything you think could be done better!
