Cathedral Appointments | South West Recruitment seeks an experienced Commercial Litigation Specialist to join our team in the South West region. We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £80,000 to £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to establish a Commercial Litigation practice, supporting the development of the team and working closely with other teams in Dispute Resolution.
* Manage a varied litigation caseload, handling complex matters and providing commercially appropriate advice to clients.
* Develop a Commercial Litigation practice over time, collaborating with other teams to provide seamless client service.
* Supervise and support the development of an Associate in Inheritance Disputes work, requiring close cooperation with the Private Client team.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Several years' UK-based post-qualified experience in Commercial Litigation.
* Able to independently manage a varied litigation caseload and handle complex matters.
* Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work strategically with clients and as part of a team.
* Proven rapport-building skills, tenacity, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
