Why be a UK Retail Media & Activation Manager at THG?
The Retail Media Manager will be pivotal to the success of the UK/EU Media team. This role involves directly engaging with key strategic brands to build strong, enduring partnerships that align with LOOKFANTASTIC’s overall marketing strategy while enhancing the customer experience. As Retail Media & Activation Manager, you will be responsible overseeing a portfolio of brand partners global end to end partnership marketing strategy activated across the LOOKFANTASTIC media universe. The successful candidate will be able to own and improve our strategy whilst analysing budgets, building relationships, and continuing to evolve and improve our offering aligned to the global marketing calendar.
As an Retail Media & Activation Manager you will:
1. Operate brand-facing, building authentic relationships with LOOKFANTASTIC’s key brand partners to co-develop data-driven digital plans to drive brand growth
2. Developing and pitching multi-platform digital plans alongside the Partnership Marketing lead to deliver 360 on & offsite activations
3. Supporting the team in delivering best-in-class mid & post-campaign reporting to demonstrate uplifts generated and showcase investments’ ROI
4. Secure incremental digital investment with new brand partners, through effective pitching and communication
5. Working with our in-house design team to deliver best in class assets for our brand partners
6. Work effectively with wider marketing teams to ensure digital plans are delivered impactfully
7. Reporting performance vs target and driving strategy for continued growth of the function
8. Budget management – continuous review of partners’ available budgets and plans in place to maximise
9. Continuous learning and development across key media platforms to remain specialist and deliver innovative media strategy for brand partners

12. 5+ years experienced paid media / digital marketing professional with hands on media experience
