Job Description
* Assisting with the recruitment process from start to finish
* Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
* Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system
* Assisting with the audit piece both internally and externally
* Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with company policy and legislation
* Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates
* Supporting on-boarding activities for new hires
* Assisting with other HR tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Assistant should have:
* Experience in a HR or recruitment support role
* Strong administrative and organizational skills
* Auditing/recruitment compliance experience is advantageous
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
