Job Title: Order Processor
Location: Upton Upon Severn
Report To: Social Internal Contracts Manager
Job Purpose:
1. Accurate and timely processing of customer enquiries and orders from initial enquiry/order placement through to delivery in a professional manner and in accordance with the company KPI’s.
2. To action any other reasonable request from the Department Manager or member of the Senior Leadership Team and assist the team as applicable.
3. Work positively to develop and foster good working relationships with colleagues and contracted personnel to maintain a culture of mutual respect and dignity.
4. To undertake such other duties, Projects, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of the job.
Key Accountabilities:
5. Process all manual orders accurately and in a timely manner to meet customer lead times
6. Address all order queries with the Contract Co-Ordinator in a timely fashion
7. Treat all colleagues in a supportive and respectful way
8. Treat all customers (internal and external) with respect, ensuring dealings are honest, open, timely and accurate
9. Ensure all information processed/acted upon complies with the current procedures and standards of the company
10. Assist line managers in maintaining and reporting departmental KPI’s and in identifying opportunities for improvement
11. Actively participate in all appropriate training activities
12. Perform all duties as reasonably requested by your line Manager
13. Ensure sufficient effort is placed to keep abreast with the latest company product and business process development
14. Ensure all processes are fully and accurately documented in line with the company ISO
