Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Sales Executive based in Bathgate. The Commercial Sales Executive will be responsible for managing accounts, developing business plans, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves identifying potential customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and effective problem resolution. The Commercial Sales Executive will collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and deliver tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Qualifications
* Proven success in commercial sales and/or account management role.
* A good understanding of the fuel industry and/or fuel distribution sector (preferred but not essential).
* Calm under pressure, and strong multi-tasking abilities.
* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Skilled negotiator and confident presenter.
* Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
* A confident, professional phone manner.
