We are looking for an Advocacy Assistant!
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborative Strategy Development: Work collaboratively with the Social, Comms & Advocacy Manager and the entire marketing team to develop brand and product social and communications strategies.
Influencer Recruitment and Management: Recruit and manage influencer talent, build relationships with agents, and activate paid partnerships (supported by media).
Talent Identification and Analysis: Identify new rising talents and the most brand-relevant creators, analyze their KPIs, and advise on high-impact partnerships.
Coverage and KPI Achievement: Secure coverage against KPIs across social and press platforms, ensuring a substantial year-on-year increase to drive brand awareness and advocacy/engagement.
PR & Advocacy Strategy Acceleration: Accelerate PR and advocacy strategy to both B2B (Hairdresser) and B2C (Press/Influencer) audiences.
Do you have a passion for:
Passion for beauty and a natural interest, knowledge and experience of working with Press & talent (e.g influencer communities) and a knowledge of how to drive social engagement
Previous experience working in Beauty PR or digital/social engagement with existing influencer, agent and press contacts
Experience running Press/ Influencer events to drive coverage/ social buzz
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong creativity, written and verbal skills with an eye for detail
Strong time management and organizational skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Team player, collaborative spirit, solution-oriented mindset
