You will work as part of a Multi-disciplinary team, which includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Assistant Practitioners, Senior Therapy Instructors, Rehab Nurses and Pharmacists, Social Workers and Mental Health Practitioners.
Your role will be to work with patients independently in the community, usually within the patient’s own home, delivering therapy interventions to patients under the supervision of senior staff.
