Role
:
1. Assist the first-mate with vehicle loading and provide exceptional customer service to foot passengers.
2. Process payments using a card payment machine.
3. Represent Westmorland and Furness council with politeness and consideration.
Requirements:
4. Ability to stand for the entire shift (excluding breaks) and maintain a level of fitness.
5. Availability to work flexible shifts, covering morning and afternoon shifts as needed.
6. Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Shifts :
Part time - The shifts on the ferry are either morning shifts 06:00 to 14:10 or afternoon shift 13:50 to 22:30pm.
