A Payroll Manager is currently being recruited for a well-established business who have very exciting growth plans.\n\nWorking across multiple industries and sectors, this client provides support to a number of different business areas.\n\nThe Payroll Manager is a key part of the payroll function and will be responsible for the following:\n\nOverseeing a large payroll across monthly, fortnightly & weekly basis\nEnsure all HMRC compliance\nWork with internal & external auditors\nSupport project team with a system implementation project\nManage the payroll team on a daily basis - carrying out one to ones, mapping out training needs and development areas\nWork with the Head of Payroll with continuous improvement for the function \n\nThe Payroll Manager will need to have previous staff management & used to working with a large payroll.\n\nGreat benefits on offer with this role.\n\nInterviewing now.\n\n49403GC\nINDPAYS
