This school is in high demand of Teaching Assistants to join their team from September to work on a full-time basis. The Role This Primary School is currently seeking 3 Teaching Assistants to work in Reception, Year 2 and Year 5. As a successful candidate, you will work closely with the Class Teachers to implement interventions with individuals and groups of students, to prepare resources and to occasionally supervise the whole class with a short-term absence of the Teacher. You will be expected to: Support children in different aspects of their school life; social, physical, hygiene and welfare. Have an understanding of the curriculum Support the class teacher with the planning of interventions. Encourage children to interact and engage with others. Monitor and evaluate children’s development throughout a learning activity.
