What you’ll be doing:
Working within our Client Experience team, and as part of our Reception team, you will be providing excellent service to clients both in person and on the phone. The role will attend to clients and other persons in the reception area, ensuring they are welcomed courteously, promptly, and efficiently, enhancing the image of the firm.
As well as general reception duties, the role also encompasses office administration including daily post duties, stocktaking of supplies, photocopying and preparing documents, archiving client files, storing documents in our Strongroom, and some audio typing. The role also requires communal areas to be kept tidy and well stocked.
What we’re looking for:
An excellent communicator, you will be passionate about delivering excellent client care as well as being an efficient administrator who can quickly identify where a client enquiry should be directed. Your telephone skills will be professional and reflect the values of our firm, ensuring that every client has the best possible experience from their first point of contact with Tozers.
Some experience of how a professional services firm works would be an advantage.
