A leading international provider of cash management solutions are actively seeking a Customer Support Engineer for their client’s site based in Bristol. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing onsite engineering support which will include the service, repair, preventative maintenance of large processing machinery, working to strict SLA’s and resolving technical issues with support of technical support if needed. Ideally qualified within Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or a related subject and be able to demonstrate commercial experience of working in a field service or customer support role, working on the service, repair of special purpose equipment / machinery of similar equipment. Experience of basic fault finding down to component level using handheld test equipment as well as possess a full clean UK driving licence. Shift pattern will be 06.00am – 2.00pm with potential overtime if there are machine issues onsite.
