Summary of the role
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of IT services across multiple clients along with different customer management from an IT centre point of view. You will be ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will also be key in managing service performance, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining strong relationships with key internal & external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
2. Responsible for governing over day-to-day IT systems checking, stand up calls, help coordinate resolutions
3. Ensure effective communication with internal & external stakeholders
4. Manage relationships with internal teams, clients, and third-party suppliers, ensuring that services are delivered to the highest standards
5. Ensure ITIL-based best practices are followed to optimize service delivery processes
6. Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective delivery of services
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager or similar role, ideally within a BPO or financial services environment
2. Experience leading service delivery with large teams
3. Years of expertise in IT languages
4. Knowledge of Life & Pensions Industry
5. IT certified candidates
6. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
