We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Care Manager to lead our supported living service.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in supported living services, particularly in community-based and residential settings for young adults and children with physical disabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* To lead and manage our supported living service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered at all times.
* To work closely with colleagues, family members, and external agencies to develop and implement personalized care plans.
* To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* A degree in Social Work or a related field (e.g., nursing, occupational therapy).
* Valid registration with the relevant professional body (e.g., NMC, HCPC).
* Significant experience in supported living services, preferably in community-based and residential settings.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
