Job title: HR Business Partner
Location: Burnley
Salary: £55k - £60k
This is an office-based role but there is flexibility around start and finish times and adhoc days working from home, depending on duties.
This is a 6 - 8 month FTC for a reputable organisation located in Burnley. My client is looking for someone to join the wider HR team and carry out an operational day-to-day role. This will include:
1. Supporting management with full ER case management
2. Supporting with various recruitment needs
3. Supporting line managers in full case management and providing additional training to SLT for policies and procedures
4. Advising and aiding managers with all aspects of the company absence policy and supporting employees back to work
5. Supporting on various end-to-end recruitment campaigns, including helping to prepare job adverts, shortlisting, interviews, and HR system support
6. Getting involved with various project work and supporting the HRBPs
7. Producing, interpreting and analysing management information
8. Adhoc duties to support the wider team
