Grafton Banks Finance is partnering with an award-winning business in Brighton to recruit a Finance / Accounts Payable Assistant for a six-month temporary contract. This role will support the finance department, with a primary focus on accounts payable. Key Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process high volumes of invoices. Assist with payment runs, reports, and issuing remittances. Handle expenses and banking transactions. Manage the finance inbox and resolve supplier queries. Support accounts receivable, including issuing sales invoices. Provide ad-hoc support as required. Requirements: Immediate availability, with the ability to start in April 2025. Hybrid working – able to commute to Brighton 3-4 days per week. Previous experience in a purchase ledger or finance assistant role. A proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn new processes and skills.
