The Planned Works Administrator will form a link between subcontractor, client and financial teams whilst reporting to the contracts manager and contracts supervisor.
Key responsibilities
* Answer and direct phone calls and emails
* Scheduling operatives
* Data input for quotes and jobs
* Organisation of job specifications and backing documents
* Maintain trackers within excel
Requirements
* Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task
* Attention to detail
* Able to prioritise tasks without direction in order to meet business goals
* Comfortable with technology and software
* Proficient in MS Office, including confidently using excel
* Knowledge of office procedures and processes
* Proven admin experience
* Proactive in task management
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
