Job Description
1. Leadership of the H&S and Compliance for the organisation
2. Overseeing a portfolio of residential properties
3. Line management of Compliance Manager and H&S Manager
4. Maintain reporting mechanisms and systems (including reporting and monitoring for Health and Safety and Compliance)
5. Engaging and supporting key colleagues and stakeholders
6. Compliance Framework detailing all legislative and regulatory responsibilities for the organisation
7. A clear and effective plan for the mitigation of all related risks
The Successful Applicant
1. Fully qualified membership of IOSH
2. Proven track record operating in the housing or care sector
3. Highly developed abilities in the management of risk and development of corporate, long-term solutions and governance structures
4. A proven track record of delivering significant improvement in health and safety practices
5. Proven leadership and team building skills with an inclusive, collaborative style
6. Customer-focused and committed to providing a high-quality service
