Cook/Chef 37 hours per week 5 days from 7 on a 3 week rota. Varying shifts between the hours of 6am and 5pm We have an opportunity for a chef to join the catering team within the main production kitchen at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, providing quality and nutritious meals for patients, staff and visitors. This role involves general food preparation and large volume cooking, while following strict processes and hygiene regulations. Previous experience of working within a busy catering environment and knowledge of HACCP procedures essential. It is important that the successful applicant can handle large volume production, done to exact specifications and following exact procedures.
