As part of the ITAM transformation program across Morgan Stanley, the Office of Change Management (OCM) is aiding all workstreams as they move from development to process adoption across the whole of Morgan Stanley. OCM is responsible for establishing one voice for ITAM communications, Change Management, Training, and Adoption while creating a comprehensive outreach strategy.
Job Title: Project Manager for Office of Change Management
Job Type: 12 – month Contract

Hourly: £49.54 PAYE + £6.71 holiday pay
Opportunity Overview: A fantastic opportunity has arisen to temporarily join my client as a Project Manager for Office of Change Management. My client is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management, and wealth management services. The Firm's employees serve clients worldwide including corporations, governments, and individuals from more than 1,200 offices in 43 countries.
Role Objective: The Program / Project Manager will be authoring communications, tracking status, creating PowerPoint presentations, and assisting in the creation and maintenance of JIVE sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop an understanding of the business models and familiarity with Technology services, as well as familiarity with active technology risk initiatives and their impact to each.
2. Work with and aid in all functional disciplines to ensure end-to-end planning is comprehensive and results in a plan that will achieve stated goals.
3. Provide mechanisms to capture & monitor remediation of any potential risks. In addition, enable appropriate escalation to key stakeholders and leadership of any item that may impact timely delivery or cause a change to the agreed scope of the project.
4. Ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements, assumptions, changes in scope, etc. associated with the project and establish an audit trail to demonstrate these activities have been addressed.
5. Host governance forums, drive discussions and decisions, and assist in action item tracking, project plans, milestones, and meeting documentation.
6. Work closely with the OCM team to manage all stages of communication and adoption.
7. Create comprehensive communication cascade plans.
8. Create PowerPoint material for workstreams and senior management.
9. Identify improvement opportunities, explore possibilities, and execute where warranted.
10. Manage distribution of material via Blast Email as well as managing complex distribution lists.
11. Create communication material for documentation, including adoption emails, JIVE content, and Sr. Management PowerPoint decks.
12. Create templates for various working sessions.
13. Ensure the project team understands the planned tasks, tracking actual progress, and managing deviations through appropriate measures.
14. Ensure all material is Morgan Stanley compliant and formatting is within the Morgan Stanley guidelines.
15. Ensure all material is properly reviewed and approved.
Requirements:
1. Must have strong PowerPoint and Excel knowledge.
2. Experience with JIVE development.
3. Understanding of Agile development.
4. Experience with authoring communications via Word and Outlook.
5. Experience with Corporate Adoption and the communications needs for successful adoption.
6. Experience with KPI capture and reporting.
7. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
8. Must be a team player and foster a team-first environment and inclusive culture.
9. Capable of project planning, organization, time management skills, and ability to multi-task.
10. Experience in running workshops with stakeholders and Senior Management.
11. Experience in capturing and following through on changes and improved processes.
